1. Who these terms are from

This website is operated by Farald Consultancy Services Limited, a company incorporated in the Federal Republic of Nigeria under registration number RC 940623, with its registered office in Abuja.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. The content here is information, not advice

Everything on this website is published for general information. It describes the services we offer and the subjects we work in. It is not professional, legal, regulatory or security advice, and you should not act on it in a specific situation without engaging us or another qualified adviser.

Regulation changes. Standards are revised. A statement that was accurate when published may not be accurate when you read it. We make no warranty that the content is current, complete or fit for any particular purpose.

3. No relationship is created by reading this

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to provide services, and using the site or sending us an enquiry does not create a consultant–client relationship. That begins only when we have both signed an engagement contract setting out scope, fees and terms.

4. Intellectual property

The content, design, illustrations, logo and wordmark on this site are owned by us or used with permission. You may read the site, and print or download extracts for your own reference or to share within your organisation while considering whether to engage us.

You may not republish our content commercially, present it as your own, or use our name, logo or branding without written permission.

Where we link to a third-party website, we do so because it was useful at the time. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data, and a link is not an endorsement.

We try to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, and we are not liable to you if it is unavailable at any time.

Liability arising under a signed engagement contract is governed by that contract, not by these website terms.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system
• Introduce malicious code, or attempt to disrupt the site's availability
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content without our permission
• Use our contact form to send unsolicited marketing

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this site, please tell us at info@faraldconsultancy.com before disclosing it elsewhere. We will acknowledge you and respond promptly, and we will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith and does not access or alter data belonging to others.

We may revise these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date below tells you when it last changed.

10. Governing law

This clause is deliberately left open. Farald is Nigerian-registered but operates substantially in the United Kingdom, and the right choice of law and jurisdiction depends on where your clients are and where you intend disputes to be heard. It should be settled with a solicitor before this page is published.
